Middleton Trampolining Club officially came into existence in May 2011.
Prior to this, head coach Lisa Lee was the sole trainer in her classes at Middleton Recreation centre and then Middleton Arena. Lisa put her heart and soul into her dream of one day bringing an official trampolining club to the town and with the help of hers and the club members' determination and hard work, she has finally achieved it.
Just three weeks after the formation of the club, the members entered their first competition and came away with a multitude of medals which is testament to the high quality of athletic training they receive from Lisa, and her growing group of assistant coaches. The club is now based at Rochdale Leisure Centre and meets every Sunday and Monday. It's a great exercise that puts the fun back into fitness. And dont think its just for kids-we also do Wednesday evenings adult classes too! Maybe we'll see you there!
